Anyone can take a class at 24/7 Body Central LLC, regardless of weight, fitness level, or age. We offer both traditional classes and customized classes, so getting bored isn’t an option! From gentle stretching classes with resistance bands to high-level intensity workouts with weights, we’re sure you’ll find a class that addresses your needs. Here are 5 of our most popular classes:
Zumba: inspired by Latin American music, Zumba involves elements of both aerobics and dance and incorporates music from a variety of dance styles, including salsa, mambo, samba, hip-hop, and tango. Zumba is an excellent choice for men and women of all ages, particularly those who like to dance, have fun, and socialize.
Pilates: developed by physical-culturist, Joseph Pilates, Pilates involves controlled movements and specialized equipment. When performed regularly, Pilates can improve strength, flexibility, coordination, posture, and mental discipline. Pilates’ classes are a suitable option for those who wish to get a full body and mind workout.
Cycling: more commonly referred to by its trademark name, “spinning,” cycling is a high-intensity class, which involves pedaling on a stationary bike at varying levels of resistance. Cycling is low-impact and a great alternative to high-impact exercises, such as running.
Aerobics: aerobics can be a low-intensity or a high-intensity form of exercise and can be performed in a pool or in a studio. Studies have shown that aerobics exercise can promote a healthy heart, improve body and mind awareness, and strengthen muscles.
Yoga: involves slow movements, stretches, and poses. Yoga offers a number of health benefits, both mental and physical. Many individuals who practice regularly find yoga helps to reduce stress, build muscle, and improve posture.
Silver Fit & Fab: This class is for older, active adults and focuses on strength and agility. You will work with bands, weights, med balls, and anything else we can get our hands on. This class is very fun and social, after all 60 is the new 40.
Step: This class is a mix of cardio, step aerobics, and weights. This is fun class designed to burn fat and tone up those muscles. This class is great for all fitness levels.
Mid-Morning Madness/Sues Fitness: Designed to get you up and running for the rest of the day. There is mixture of strength training maybe some cardio moves and once in a while some yoga. The madness is you never know what’s coming next.
Full Body Fit: Fun atmosphere that features a total body workout that utilizes circuits and intervals. This class uses hand weights, body weight, steps, med balls, and much more.
Bootcamp: A class that will emphasize a total body workout with bodyweight, intervals, and weights. Designed to build muscle and burn fat and all fitness levels are able to participate.
Lifting with Lyss: Instructed by Alyssa A 30-minute class that teaches basic weight training exercises and fun accessory moves to complete a workout. This class is great for beginners and is great for building muscle and strength and there is no cardio.
HIIT: HIIT=High Intensity Interval Training. Timed intervals so you can work at your own pace. Stations are set up using weights, battle ropes, med balls, and bands. This class is a total body workout for all fitness levels.
Yoga: Instructed by Kara: A combination of hatha and vinyasa Yoga. Hatha focuses on breathing and posture while vinyasa focuses on dynamic movement and breathing.
PIYO: Jerrica: With every action-packed PiYo session, you can burn excess fat and sculpt and define your whole body, as you minimize the aches and pains that can come along with high-impact workouts. No matter your age, no matter your body type, PiYo will help give you dramatically visible, incredibly beautiful results.
Insanity: Jerrica You work flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It's called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt.
